Dear Parents and Guardians,

Choir will meet on Day 3 from 2:30 – 3:10 P.M. We will begin September 11, 2008. The only requirements for being in choir are a joy of singing and a commitment to being at every choir practice. Three unexcused absences will mean dismissal from choir.

The main goal for choir will be to expand our singing skills and repertoire and to perform for events. We perform at many events throughout the year such as the Veterans program at school, caroling at the Morrow Home, walking and singing in the Sparta holiday parade, singing at our holiday school program, going on a trip to Winona for a songfest in the spring and singing for awards day. This is a year-long commitment that the boys and girls need to take seriously in order to represent Sparta well as we perform at these public functions.
